1. Non-Refundable Certificate or ID Issuance

Once a certificate or ID is issued, no refund will be provided. We invest resources in generating these credentials, and as such, they are non-refundable regardless of participation in activities.

2. Membership Deactivation

If a member does not participate in activities, their membership will be deactivated after six months of inactivity. Active involvement is crucial to our mission, and we encourage all members to stay engaged.

3. Reissuing Rejected IDs

If an ID is rejected, it will be reissued to another individual who will remain active. We strive to maintain an active and committed membership base, and reallocating IDs ensures that our resources are utilized effectively.
